At other times, please leave a message with your question or order on our voicemail system. We return calls promptly, and many times in evenings and on weekends too!

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates

 

The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost of your order before you enter your credit card info. Any items or promotions that refer to “Free Shipping” are applicable for Standard Delivery only, and within the Contiguous U.S. only. For items with additional shipping charges, those extra charges may still be added. Shipping carriers are used at our sole discretion, and orders may be held to ship complete.

Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Shipping charges are located on the chart below.  Rates may change at any time and are not guaranteed.

Rural or delivery areas which may be hard to reach or costly to deliver to may require additional shipping charges and customer may be notified of additional shipping costs.

When will my order be shipped?

It depends on the status of the items you order and the shipping method you select. With over 1000 items in our warehouse and, we can ship practically any item you need very quickly. Just about all in-stock orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day. We’re unable to honor requests to use specific shipping carriers for your order. We’ll choose the carrier to ensure prompt, efficient delivery to your address.

When will my order arrive?

STANDARD SHIPPING: Usually arrives within 4-6 business days. We ship from a variety of locations around the country, so items in your order may not arrive together, and may arrive sooner than you think! Keep in mind that we normally take 24-48 hours to process your in-stock order.

RUSH SHIPPING: Takes 3-4 business days to just about any address in the contiguous United States. Allow extra time to Alaska and Hawaii. We may ship your order using either ground or air shipping services as necessary to meet the estimated delivery date. These options do not correspond directly to any carrier-branded One-Day or Two-Day shipping services. Keep in mind that we normally take 24-48 hours to process your in-stock order. Be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Our delivery guarantees are limited to the same policies the carriers have (i.e. weather delays, etc).

EXPRESS SHIPPING: You’ll get your order within 1-2 business days to just about any address in the contiguous United States. Allow extra time for Alaska and Hawaii. These options do not correspond directly to any carrier-branded One-Day or Two-Day shipping services. Keep in mind that we normally take 24-48 hours to process your in-stock order. Be aware that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Our delivery guarantees are limited to the same policies the carriers have (i.e. weather delays, etc).

Shipments to USA

Shipments to Canada and Other Countries

  • When you’re ready to complete your order, click the “International Checkout” button in the shopping cart to begin the checkout process.
  • The contents of the shopping cart will be transferred to International Checkout’s secure website for processing. You’ll be shown shipping options and charges, and be given a choice of payment methods including PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, and payment in your own currency. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at cs@internationalcheckout.com.

How will you ship my order?

All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, so please make sure your address, phone number, email address and requested shipping method are correct before you submit your order. Please also check your email confirmation carefully, as it is a result of the information you have entered, and we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please see below regarding additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses.

We may be unable to change your order once we have received it, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt. We ship most orders for in-stock items within 24-48 hours. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Some orders may be delayed as we thoroughly investigate the validity of credit card transactions and verify billing information, and we can’t be held responsible for order processing delays because of this. This is all done for your security.

Packages shipped and/or delivered with incorrect address information

If the information you provide us as you place your order has incorrect or incomplete address information, we may be charged by the delivering carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) an address correction fee. Examples of incorrect information include missing Apartment or Suite numbers, incorrect zip codes, missing floor number or building number if applicable, incomplete name (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW). We do reserve the right to charge your credit card for these fees. They vary among carriers and type of service.

In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address or if the address you provide us is considered undeliverable, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you. Examples of undeliverable packages include, but are not limited to: orders that have incorrect address information, packages that are refused for any reason when delivery is attempted, packages that aren’t delivered in 3 delivery attempts, packages unclaimed at the UPS local office or any other reason out of UPS’s control that result in the package being returned to us. Please make sure the addresses are correct, the recipient knows the package is coming and that the location is suitable for daytime delivery of packages. If a package is shipped to your home address and you ask the carrier to forward it to another address, additional fees may apply. If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it may be shipped back to us by the carrier, and we reserve the right to bill your credit card both for the return shipping and the outbound charges to reship your package. Any claim of non-receipt must be made within 48 hours of the time the package was delivered, according to the delivering carrier’s delivery information.

We do not ship to jails or prisons and cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to these addresses without our knowledge.

Review Your Information Carefully!

It’s important that you carefully enter your information while placing your order. Some common errors are:

  • typing errors (“typos”),
  • entering billing information on the shipping information page and shipping information on the billing page
  • incorrect zip code

Each order is reviewed by our staff before it is processed, and we’ll do everything possible to try to catch an error before your order is shipped, but it is ultimately up to you to make sure the information you submit is correct. You always have an opportunity to review your information before you submit your order and we ask that you do this carefully. We do reserve the right to bill your credit card for any address correction or shipment rerouting fees we are billed from the shipping carriers.

Orders shipped to 48 Continental United States and general shipping information:

We ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and other carriers for delivery within 1-7 business days. We ship from a variety of locations all over the country, so your order may arrive sooner than you think! Items backordered will be noted on your order confirmation and will be shipped as soon as possible via Standard Delivery at no additional shipping charges to you. Backorder dates are based on the individual manufacturer’s estimated delivery date to us and are subject to change without notice. We are in continual contact with the manufacturers and ship backordered items as soon as possible. However, there are unforeseen circumstances that delay items. We update our information as soon as we are notified by the manufacturer. Please be assured that we are working hard to fulfill your order upon receipt of the merchandise. We only charge for shipping once per order and only charge your credit card for items when we ship them.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, and other US Possessions:

We ship most orders via USPS. See above for Rush and Express delivery orders.

Tracking My Package

After your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email shipment confirmation. We’ll detail which items have been shipped, how much was billed to you, and which item(s) may be on backorder, along with their expected ship dates. We’ll also provide a shipment tracking number, and easy links to the shipping carriers websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact Us if you need help tracking your order.

If your Order has shipped and shows delivered but has gone missing or stolen please let Tools for Wellness know with 10 DAYS of shown delivery.  Tools for Wellness can not be held responsible for lost or missing shipments if no notification is given with the 10 day period.

 

Important Information for International Customers:

  • Unless specified otherwise, products that require a power source are designed for 110v AC power. When using these products with other power sources, it is suggested that you purchase a converter locally. We cannot be responsible for items that become damaged or defective as a result of misuse or inoperability. When using our products in an international setting, any warranty is voided, even when using a converter, as you are using these products at YOUR OWN RISK. Manufacturer warranties are valid for product use in U.S. only.
  • We are required by law to list the price you paid as the customs amount of the package.
  • We are required to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Descriptions such as “educational materials” are no longer acceptable.
  • Upon arrival of your package in your country, the delivering carrier may contact you to arrange payment of any local duties / taxes / customs charges assessed by your government. Keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
  • When ordering from Tools For Wellness, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Tools For Wellness reserves the right to charge the customer for customs duty in the event of non-payment. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. In addition, you are responsible for both the outbound and return shipping charges for any item that does not clear customs in your country. Due to warranty issues and manufacturer or medical restrictions, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical locations. All prices listed are in United States Dollars (USD) and your credit card will be billed as such.

 

 

 

Back Orders

 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We are committed to your Satisfaction!

Everyone at Tools For Wellness shares a philosophy of wanting to help you find just the right products to fit your needs. Keep in mind that many products have a cumulative effect and it is unrealistic to expect immediate results. Allow sufficient time for the product to achieve the desired effect.

If you want to return a product please Contact Us with your name, address, and order number. We will then email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to send your return. We ship orders from multiple locations, and returns are not always sent to the location from where your order was shipped. Sending your return to an address other than the one we instruct you, or refusing delivery of a shipment may result in a reduced or no credit. To prevent this, we ask that you contact us before sending any item back to us. We do not accept returns without an R.A.# on the outside of the carton. Please be sure your item is in new and unused condition, and to pack it in its original box. Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Upon receipt of your return, we can issue an exchange, replacement, store credit (which automatically gets applied to your next order) or send you a refund.

Returns are usually processed within 4-5 days of receipt, and refunds to your credit card take 10-14 business days after your return is processed. Refunds are issued in the same manner as original payment. Credit card companies vary in their processes of posting refunds back to your account. If merchandise or gift certificates were used as a form of payment, we’ll reissue those to you upon resolving your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Item-specific return and restocking information

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge, and some products such as liquids, supplements, lotions, oils, are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken or if the product has been used. Personal products such as wraps, mattress pads, pillows, blankets, items that come in contact with your body (skin, head, etc), and products that use water are not returnable for sanitary hygienic reasons, unless defective, and then they will be replaced under manufacturer warranty.

Items such as Water Filtration or Shower filtration products are not accepted for returns once used.

Diodes are unable to be returned if the seal on the package has been broken. Media items (books, CDs, DVD, software, etc.) are able to be returned if the seal or wrap is not broken, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to accept returns of watches or other jewelry items that have signs of wear (including watch bands), resized, damaged, or otherwise altered. Watches and jewelry are covered by a 14 day return policy and are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All jewelry and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. When handling and wearing fine jewelry and personal effects like watches, rings, bracelets, and medallions, it is important to exercise care to optimize their useful life. It is important to properly size items to the individual to ensure correct fit and minimal damage when putting the item on or taking it off. For example, using a small bracelet for a larger person will result in the need to constantly open or flex the bracelet when putting it on or taking it off. Excessive bending and flexing may harden the material and decrease its useful life. Like other products, customer abuse or excessive manipulation, changing of shape or using it for other than its intended purpose can damage or destroy the item. Light Bulbs have a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Far Infrared or other hygiene products (wraps, saunas, domes, and others) are not returnable once opened and used, due to health and sanitary reasons, and any defective items will be replaced. Some items may have additional restocking charges. The other few products that are not returnable are described in the product description. If you have a question about whether an item is returnable or not or what the restocking charge may be, please contact us before you order. Order placement constitutes acceptance of our policies. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories. Items returned in less than new condition, incomplete, taken out of it’s plastic wrap or packaging or received by us after 30 days of receipt may be subject to additional restocking charges up to 50% of the item’s price, or may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. You may send your return to us via any shipping carrier you’d like, but we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked by delivery address and signature, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. Shipping charges (for exchanges) will be charged to the payment method on file from the original order. If you return any items from an order that received Free Shipping or discount, the original shipping amount associated with the returned item(s) may be deducted from the refund amount (the amount that would have been charged if you were billed for shipping).

Product warranties and return policies do not include any postage, freight, handling, insurance, or delivery fees. It does not cover damage, defect or failure caused by or resulting from accident, external destruction, alteration, modification, improper installation, abuse, misuse (such as excessive water pressure on applicable items, etc) or misapplication of our products. Additionally, our warranty and return policies do not cover damage to the product resulting from return shipping or handling.

Our liability is limited to the replacement cost of the product you purchased from us and the ultimate decision regarding accepting returns is based on our sole discretion. We don’t accept returns from international shipments, or from those where the product was ultimately shipped to or will be used outside of the United States.

 

 

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for any state we currently have a distribution center and ship with in the same state.

New Products:

If you are a manufacturer of a product that you feel fits into our product line, we want to hear from you! Please Contact Us and select “New Product Submission” from the pull-down list and submit. We’ll send an immediate reply with all the information you’ll need. You must be the source of the product … we don’t deal with resellers or multi-level products.

 

Wholesale Ordering:

At this time, we don’t sell wholesale, but if you’re interested in multiple quantities of the same item (usually 5 or more of the same item) please Contact Us for special pricing.

 

Public Institutions:

We are proud to say we have thousands of public and educational institutions (schools, libraries, health-care facilities, government / military agencies, etc.) as satisfied customers. The minimum order for accepting your Purchase Order is $200. Contact us for details.

We have an online store only and do not have a retail store. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate browsing, buying, or picking up orders from our warehouse.
