Saunas are believed to originate in northern Europe around 2000 BC. The use of saunas has been an important part of cultural life globally from early adopters like Russia, Latvia, and Finland and now they’re used worldwide.

An Interesting fact in Finland…  With a population of just over 5 million, Finland ranks among the top countries per capita with an amazing 3 million saunas in use.
