Simply wear a pair of color therapy glasses for 10 to 30 minutes per day, either indoors or outdoors, to address the emotional state you’re experiencing or want to experience. It’s that easy! Within a few minutes, your overall health and emotions can become more balanced.

Each pair is lightweight, comfortable and features acrylic lenses which are UV400 (99.9% UVB and 99% UVA).
