Four Stimulation Modalities

1. Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) + RAVE

The Premier supports both standard dual-hemisphere AVE and RAVE (Randomized AVE) — a mild form of audio-visual stimulation using randomized frequencies across the full spectrum from ganzfeld (near-zero Hz) to gamma (40+ Hz). RAVE enhances dissociation and delivers a more naturalistic entrainment experience.
