Neck & shoulders
Neck and shoulder tension
Tightness at the base of the skull. Shoulders that never fully let go. When your neck is too tender to press on, a percussive massage gun is off the table.
How NOVAFON is used here
NOVAFON does not hammer like a massage gun. You hold the flat head still on the spot and it sends sound waves into the muscle, up to a manufacturer-reported 6 cm, so a sore neck can take it.
There are two speeds. 100 Hz is the faster one, 50 Hz the slower one. Start at 50 Hz on a tight neck and move up if you want more.

Jaw tension and clenching
Waking with a tight jaw. Grinding at night. Tension that settles into the temples. A massage gun cannot be used on a jaw. With NOVAFON you hold a small ball head on the chewing muscle at the side of the jaw. No pressing needed.
