What is CES?

Cranio-Electro Stimulation delivers a very small pulsed current (100 microamps, 0.5 to 100 Hz) across the head through soft ear-clip electrodes. Most people feel a faint tingle at the clips or nothing at all. CES has its own research history for stress, sleep, and mood, and it is used clinically alongside AVE.
