The MindPlace Kasina Light & Sound Machine (Kasina - Pali word which refers to an ancient system of meditation that uses visualization of colored objects to focus the mind and produce higher states of consciousness) features a built in MP3 player, color LCD display, rechargeable lithium battery, a micro SD card slot and an 8 GB memory card.

The SpectraStrobe™ Difference

Gamma activity around 40 Hz is associated with higher-level processing and sharp attention. Cranio-Electro Stimulation delivers a very small pulsed current (100 microamps, 0.5 to 100 Hz) across the head through soft ear-clip electrodes.
