The Limina is Mindplace’s most feature-complete light and sound meditation device. It combines pulsing RGB light through GanzFrame glasses with binaural beats and isochronic tones through quality earbuds to guide your brain into specific mental states — meditation, sharp focus, deep relaxation, or sleep — in sessions as short as 20 minutes.

Two variants: the Standard (RGB glasses) and the Deep Vision Bundle, which adds Open Eye glasses for a completely different visual experience.

How It Works

The Limina uses Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) — pulsing light and sound at specific frequencies that gently encourage the brain to synchronize with the same rhythm. Choose a session and the device guides your brainwaves toward the intended state:

• Delta (0.5–4 Hz) — deep sleep and recovery
• Theta (4–8 Hz) — deep meditation, creativity, and relaxation
• Alpha (8–13 Hz) — calm, clear focus

The human body uses electromagnetic fields to function properly. In fact, research has demonstrated that every cell in your body may have its own EMF. In his book The Body Electric researcher and author Robert Becker demonstrates that our cells actually communicate with each other via bioelectrical signals and electromagnetic fields. These natural EMFs help regulate important biochemical processes of all kinds. Maintaining balance in those cellular electromagnetic fields is crucial to your physical health. The healthy human body resonates at about 10 Hz. The externally created EMFs of most concern are those that are very strong, near the body and those that are high frequency. External EMFs can change the frequency of your body's electromagnetic fields through a process called entrainment (or sympathetic resonance). Entrainment is the tendency of an object to vibrate at the same frequency as something outside of it. In other words, powerful artificial EMFs overwhelm your body’s own electrical fields, changing their frequency and distorting the balance of the body's electromagnetic field and its communication systems. Modern electronics like computers, big screen TVs and compact fluorescent lighting all introduce harmonics into the electrical circuits in our homes. The EMF Eliminator plugs directly into any electrical outlet (120 volt) and helps to optimize every electrical device plugged into that circuit. In other words, the EMF Eliminator will condition and regulate your electrical system in real-time. The delivery of clean power will consistently reduce heat, amps and consumption, as well as reducing the harmful effects caused by EMFs, electrical noise and negative harmonics. The units come with a convenience outlet on the front so that no outlet space is lost. Common places to plug in this unit are: Kitchen, Home Office, Entertainment Center, Living Room, etc.

Residential homes are wired in single-phase electric power which is then divided into Phase A and Phase B. The circuits follow the pattern A, B, A, B, etc. (see illustration below)

These will be labeled for specific rooms or appliances in your house in case you "pop a breaker" and need to flip the switch to turn the power back on. If your microwave is on a breaker labeled Phase B and your bedroom is on a Phase A breaker - simply plug one EMF Eliminator unit into the same outlet as your microwave and one unit into an outlet in the bedroom. As long as there is one unit on each of these split phases, your whole house will be covered!

So, we suggest a minimum of 2 EMF Eliminators per home. In addition, we suggest you place another unit in an area of high electronic device concentration (Den, office, etc).
