Stress Relief & Sleep Support

Our heart rhythm patterns are the best reflection of our inner state. We can use the Inner Balance to see what's going on inside of us and learn how to shift into a state of balance, self-reliance and renewing feelings, such as appreciation and compassion.

Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus

The Coherence Plus offers the most advanced sensor and app from HeartMath since the introduction of the Inner Balance! This system allows you to access a healthy and high-performance state known as heart coherence. This is where your heart and brain are in sync, which helps helps prevent or reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, improve health and performance, and clear your thinking for more effective choices.

Use real-time heart rhythm coherence biofeedback and evidence-based techniques to live a healthier, happier life.

Inner Balance™ Coherence Plus uses BT4.0 (BLE–Bluetooth Low energy) which works at an output power range of 0.5 millwatts (mW) or less — this is significantly lower than mobile phones which typically have output levels between 250 mW and 2000 mW. The tiny Bluetooth emitter is in the module that attaches to your garment, not in the ear sensor. Inner Balance Bluetooth is compliant with applicable FFC tests.

The Science Behind Inner Balance

The Inner Balance technology analyzes and displays our heart rhythm, measured by Heart Rate Variability (HRV), which indicates how emotional states are affecting our nervous system. HRV offers a unique window into the quality of communication between the heart and brain, which directly impacts how we feel and perform.

The Inner Balance technology trains us to self-generate a highly efficient physiological state called HRV coherence, which helps us increase emotional composure and clearer reasoning. Recommended by health professionals worldwide, HRV coherence training has been associated with many health and performance benefits. A few minutes of daily coherence practice has been shown to reduce and prevent the negative effects of stress, such as overwhelm, fatigue and exhaustion, sleep disruption, anxiety and burnout.

HeartMath has been a pioneer in HRV research and self-regulation training for over 25 years. Over 250 independent peer-reviewed studies have been published on HeartMath technologies and methodologies.

The difference between the Inner Balance Lightning and the BlueTooth version are the way the two sensors connect to your device. Both sensor options connect to the same great Inner Balance app experience, the lightning is a direct wired version.

The DAVID Delight is the simplest way into Audio-Visual Entrainment. Ten built-in sessions, no app, no subscription, nothing to program. Choose a session, put on the eyeset and headphones, and give yourself twenty minutes.

Made by Mind Alive Inc. in Edmonton, Canada, the Delight is designed to support calm, focus, and sleep with light and sound rather than pills. It is the model we recommend for first-time users and for anyone who wants a routine that fits in a bag.

Designed to support

• A calmer, quieter mind after a stressful day
• Easier sleep onset and a steadier evening wind-down
• Focus and mental clarity during work or study
• A brighter mood, including through the darker months
• A caffeine-free lift in the morning

10 built-in sessions

Two sessions in each of five categories, so you can pick by need.

How it works

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) delivers gentle pulses of light through the eyeset and matching tones through the headphones. The brain tends to fall into step with a steady rhythm, a response called frequency following, which researchers can observe on EEG within a few minutes. Each session is built around a target range: faster rhythms for alertness, slower rhythms for relaxation and sleep. Sessions end with a gradual soft-off fade so you are not startled.

AVE has been studied for more than 30 years. Published work includes shorter sleep onset in older adults using evening sessions, improved seasonal mood scores with morning sessions, attention gains in students, and mood and balance improvements in seniors. Mind Alive's own pilot studies are small (6 to 8 participants) and are described as such on their research pages. We share this so you can weigh the evidence for yourself.

Technology

• Tru-Vu Omniscreen eyeset. Eight blue-tinted white LEDs behind a translucent screen spread light evenly across both eyes and can drive each side at a different rate.
• Randomized stimulation. Small variations within each session help the brain follow the rhythm without habituating to it.
• Night-Vue buttons. Raised, illuminated controls you can find in the dark without opening your eyes.
• Soft-off fade. Light and sound dim gradually at the end of every session.
• Portable power. Runs on the included 9-volt battery or the AC adapter.

Choose your eyeset

• Standard (white) eyeset, eyes closed. Soft white light seen through closed eyelids as shifting patterns. A clean, neutral choice for calm, focus, and sleep.
• Multi-Color eyeset, eyes closed. Adds color to each session: blue for calm and sleep, green for meditation, yellow for focus, red for energy.

What's included

• DAVID Delight device
• Tru-Vu Omniscreen LED eyeset (Standard or Multi-Color, per your selection) with carry case
• Stereo headphones and patch cord
• AC adapter and 9-volt battery

Sleep issues are often the result of an overactive mind at bed time. Glo to Sleep - Sleep Therapy Mask will help you focus your mind on the process of relaxation and sleep - naturally and effectively. Have you ever been lying awake in bed when you should be sleeping? You're tired but can't switch off your mind and get to sleep? You're thinking about everything you have to do tomorrow, and you didn't get done today, but worst of all, what's keeping you awake is worrying about how you can't fall asleep. Whether it's for a full night's sleep or just for a nap, the unique technology will help you fall asleep quickly, stay asleep longer and wake up feeling rested. Put on this Glo to Sleep Mask, gently raise your eyes upward, hold your gaze on a soft blue Point of Glo that appears inside your mask, and breathe deeply. When using Glo to Sleep, the objective is no longer "trying to fall asleep". Simply raise the eyes and hold the gaze on precise pattern of blue glo and breathe deeply. Thoughts slow and the mind clears. The body relaxes and arms and legs feel heavy. The eyelids begin to feel heavy as the individual continues to gaze at the Point of Glo. What happens next is what many GlotoSleep users find so amazing: the transition from consciously looking up at the blue Points of Glo to the first stage of sleep often seems instantaneous. At no time is the user thinking "they must get to sleep". The Glo to Sleep™ rapidly slows the brain's activity level to a deep relaxed state. Looking up at the blue Points of Glo will be the last thing the user remembers upon awakening. Your thoughts will slow and your mind will clear. Tension will leave your body. You will become deeply relaxed and quickly be asleep. Some users report it seems to use the principles of self-hypnosis and meditation to lull you to sleep.

How does it work?

To activate the GloToSleep Mask, hold it under a light source for about 30 seconds. The charge will last for several hours. What lights work the best? Any reasonably bright light source will work. Brighter light sources, like sunlight or halogens will activate the Glo to Sleep faster. Be careful with hot light sources though, like halogens - keep the Glo to Sleep about 6 inches away to prevent any damage. Fluorescent lighting will work, but is less effective.

Product Features:

• Blue Points of Glo inside the mask help you focus your mind on the process of relaxation and sleep – naturally and effectively. This meditative approach calms your mind and effectively moves it to a relaxed state.
• Glo to Sleep effectively blocks out unwanted external light allowing you to more easily get to sleep, stay asleep and enjoy higher quality sleep.
• Recessed eye pieces block out all outside light and allow the eyes to blink normally. Great for travellers too as eye-make up won't smudge and you won't wake up with a sleep-mask pattern on your face.
• No batteries or wires are needed.
• Unique, lightweight, breathable foam means that the mask is feather-light when worn and comfortable to wear all night long
• A soft adjustable Velcro® strap fits all head sizes.
• Made with hypoallergenic foam.

Can't sleep? Can't turn off? Your body may be electrically out of balance — and no amount of melatonin fixes that.

Your body is a living electrical system. Energy flows through meridian pathways, governs your nervous system, and regulates how you rest, recover, and feel. When that flow is disrupted — by stress, EMF exposure, or simply being disconnected from the earth — the result is all too familiar: tension that won't release, a mind that won't quiet, and sleep that doesn't restore.

The Copper Polarity BioCircuit was designed to change that. Naturally. Passively. Without a single battery or button.

100+ Years of Bioelectrical Science. One Elegant Practice.

First developed in 1919 by pioneering researcher Leo Eeman, the Eeman Relaxation Circuit is one of the oldest and most validated tools in energy medicine. Eeman discovered that the human body carries natural electrical polarity — positive and negative charges distributed across specific anatomical points — and that connecting those points through a conductive copper circuit allows the body's excess bioelectrical energy to redistribute and rebalance. No external power source required. No side effects. Just your body, doing what it already knows how to do.

Copper has been revered since the time of the pharaohs for its conductive and healing properties. It remains one of the finest natural conductors available — making it the ideal medium for this passive, non-invasive grounding therapy.

How the Copper BioCircuit Works

This isn't a TENS unit. It doesn't introduce electricity into the body. Instead, it creates a closed-loop pathway that allows your own bioelectrical energy to flow freely between its natural poles — a gentle, full-body nervous system reset.

The copper mesh panels connect key meridian and chakra points at the hands, feet, and torso, supporting a circular flow of chi energy that moves left to right and top to bottom through the body. This passive redistribution of electrical potential:

• Releases stored tension from muscles and connective tissue
• Calms the nervous system and quiets mental chatter that blocks sleep
• Supports the body's natural transition out of fight-or-flight
• Promotes deep, restorative rest — without medication, devices, or effort
• Offers a grounding therapy alternative for those who can't practice outdoor earthing

Within 15–30 minutes of lying in circuit, most users notice breathing deepening, muscles softening, and a profound sense of stillness settling in. Think of it as a full-body reset — the kind your nervous system has been waiting for.

Why Our BioCircuit Is Different

Each BioCircuit is hand-crafted to meet exact specifications developed from over a century of bioelectrical science research. Not all Eeman circuits are built equally. Ours is constructed with double-layered copper mesh panels — a meaningful upgrade from the single-layer construction used by most competitors. This dual-layer design enhances conductivity and dramatically improves durability over time.

Every component — screens, wires, and hand-held electrodes — is pure copper. All connections are reinforced for lasting, reliable performance.

What's included:

• 2 upper torso panels (10" x 10")
• 2 foot panels (10" x 5")
• 2 polished copper hand-held electrodes
• Copper connecting wires
• Full instructions

Also available bundled with the BioCircuit Book — the definitive guide to Leo Eeman's research and relaxation circuit practice.

A Daily Practice for Modern Life

We've become a species disconnected from the earth. Shoes, elevated beds, and concrete floors insulate us from the natural electron exchange our ancestors relied on instinctively. The BioCircuit bridges that gap — recreating the grounding effect that restores balance at a cellular level, right from your own bed or couch.

• Before sleep — transition your body out of fight-or-flight for deeper, more restorative rest
• Mid-afternoon — reset focus and reduce stress without caffeine
• Post-workout — support muscle recovery and reduce tension naturally

15 to 30 minutes is all it takes. No power. No side effects. Just your body, in balance.
