GSR2 Biofeedback Machine
$109.95
Unit price perThe GSR2 Biofeedback Machine is a home biofeedback device that monitors your stress levels precisely by translating tiny tension-related changes in your skin into a rising or falling tone. Think of it as a signal for your body's overall sense of well being. When you're stressed, the tone will be higher. When you're relaxing, it'll go lower. Either way, you'll be able to listen to your body's natural responses to stress and use those signals to bring yourself back into balance.
Just rest two fingers over the sensing plates and let this biofeedback machine do its work. You'll gradually learn how to lower the pitch and your stress levels based upon the feedback it gives you. Try deep breathing exercises, guided meditation, or other methods of relaxation until you find the one that works right for you.
The GSR2 Biofeedback Machine keeps you focused on how you're feeling by alerting you to the changes that are happening in your body through galvanic skin response (GSR). It's cordless, easy-to-use, and an incredible way to sense your stress levels when you need to keep them in balance.

Questions
How do I use it?
Rest two fingers over the sensing plates and listen to the tone — higher pitch indicates stress, lower indicates relaxation. Practice with deep breathing or meditation to lower the tone.
What does it measure?
Galvanic skin response (GSR) — subtle tension-related changes in skin conductivity that reflect activity in your nervous system.
Does it require batteries?
Yes — a 9V battery is included.
Is it cordless?
Yes — finger sensors are built directly into the unit, no wires required.
