Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your order was placed using Shop Pay Installments, the transaction fee — typically 5–6% of the order total — will be deducted from your refund. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. If your original order received free shipping, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Used or damaged products are not eligible for refunds. Personal items that come in contact with the skin such as as cupping sets and beauty products are not eligible for return. Please see below for a complete list of ineligible items. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@toolsforwellness.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that orders which received free shipping are subject to return shipping costs, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Supplements and perishable goods
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Cupping sets
  • Electrode pads and electrotherapy garments
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@toolsforwellness.com.

European Union Orders

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply: items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Order Online

Simply click the “Add To Cart” button on the item page and follow the directions through our secure online checkout system. Ordering from outside the United States? Click here.

Order by Phone

Orders can be placed by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-456-9887. Live assistance is available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm (Central Time). Messages left outside business hours are returned promptly.

All orders are shipped within 24–48 hours for in-stock items.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, it will be added to your order. Some USPS First-Class shipments may not include tracking.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout after you enter your shipping details. Free Shipping promotions apply to Standard Delivery within the contiguous United States only.

Rural or hard-to-reach delivery areas may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified if this applies.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day. Carrier selection is determined to ensure the most efficient delivery.

When will my order arrive?

  • Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days
  • Rush Shipping: 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Processing time is typically 24–48 hours. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

International Customers

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are processed through International Checkout, which handles billing, shipping, and customer service.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns require prior authorization. Please contact us with your name, address, and order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (R.A.#).

Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and received within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 4–5 business days. Refunds may take 10–14 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used personal or hygiene products
  • Opened supplements, oils, or liquids
  • Water filtration products once used
  • Opened infrared or hygiene equipment

Some items may be subject to restocking fees of up to 15–20%. Items returned in poor or incomplete condition may be refused or incur higher fees.


Additional Information

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for states where we have distribution centers and ship within the same state.

Wholesale & Institutions

Wholesale ordering is not currently available. Public and educational institutions may place purchase orders with a minimum order of $200.

Retail Store

Tools For Wellness operates exclusively online and does not maintain a physical retail store.
