How It Works
The NOVAFON One uses local vibration therapy (LVT) delivered through sound waves. Two adjustable frequencies (100 Hz and 50 Hz), each with three intensity levels, let you tailor depth and sensation to the area you are working on. The sound waves reach up to 6 cm into the tissue to support muscle, fascia, and skin, and the magnetic quick-change attachments let you switch heads in seconds.

Using It for Jaw Tension
A short daily routine can help relax a tight jaw. Each session takes about 10 to 15 minutes and can be repeated up to twice a day. Work the side that feels tight, or both sides if needed, and stay within a comfortable intensity.

• Warm up the jaw muscles: With the plate attachment at 50 Hz, glide slowly from ear to chin for 2 to 3 minutes per side. You can gently open and close your mouth as you go.
• Ease the temple muscles: Keeping the plate attachment at 50 Hz, work outward from the ear in a fan pattern toward the forehead, the base of the skull, and the back of the head for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
• Focus on tender spots: Switch to the ball attachment at 100 Hz and rest on each tight spot near the jaw joint for 30 to 60 seconds, holding still or making small circles.
