The DAVID Delight Pro combines two technologies in one handheld device: Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) and Cranio-Electro Stimulation (CES). Run them together for a deeper session, or use either one on its own.

Made by Mind Alive Inc. in Edmonton, Canada, the Pro carries the full 28-session library of the Delight Plus and adds ear-clip CES for people who want more than light and sound. It is the model we suggest for practitioners and for home users who have outgrown a preset-only device.

Designed to support

• A deeper, more reliable calm during and after sessions
• Sleep onset and a settled evening routine
• Focus and attention during demanding work
• Mood support and stress regulation
• Recovery from mental fatigue

28 built-in sessions

What is CES?

Cranio-Electro Stimulation delivers a very small pulsed current (100 microamps, 0.5 to 100 Hz) across the head through soft ear-clip electrodes. Most people feel a faint tingle at the clips or nothing at all. CES has its own research history for stress, sleep, and mood, and it is used clinically alongside AVE. On the Delight Pro, the CES rate automatically follows whichever AVE session is running, or you can select the standalone 100 Hz CES mode with no light or sound.

How it works

Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) delivers gentle pulses of light through the eyeset and matching tones through the headphones. The brain tends to fall into step with a steady rhythm, a response called frequency following, which researchers can observe on EEG within a few minutes. Each session is built around a target range: faster rhythms for alertness, slower rhythms for relaxation and sleep. Sessions end with a gradual soft-off fade so you are not startled.

AVE has been studied for more than 30 years. Published work includes shorter sleep onset in older adults using evening sessions, improved seasonal mood scores with morning sessions, attention gains in students, and mood and balance improvements in seniors. Mind Alive's own pilot studies are small (6 to 8 participants) and are described as such on their research pages. We share this so you can weigh the evidence for yourself.

Technology

• AVE + CES together or apart. Dual-modality sessions, or either technology on its own.
• Tru-Vu Omniscreen eyeset. Eight blue-tinted white LEDs behind a translucent screen spread light evenly across both eyes and can drive each side at a different rate.
• Randomized stimulation. Small variations within each session help the brain follow the rhythm without habituating to it.
• Night-Vue buttons. Raised, illuminated controls you can find in the dark.
• Soft-off fade. Light and sound dim gradually at the end of every session.
• Portable power. Runs on the included 9-volt battery or the AC adapter.
• Quality system. CE marked; Mind Alive is ISO 13485 certified and Health Canada approved.

Choose your eyeset

• Standard (white) eyeset, eyes closed. Soft white light seen through closed eyelids as shifting patterns. A clean, neutral choice for calm, focus, and sleep.
• Multi-Color eyeset, eyes closed. Adds color to each session: blue for calm and sleep, green for meditation, yellow for focus, red for energy.

What's included

• DAVID Delight Pro device
• Tru-Vu Omniscreen LED eyeset (Standard or Multi-Color, per your selection) with carry case
• CES ear-clip electrodes and stimulus cable
• Stereo headphones and patch cord
• AC adapter and 9-volt battery

Team's personal pick — a daily-use favorite we've carried since Therasage launched it.

The Therasage Thera Tri-Light Panel delivers red and near-infrared light therapy in a portable, flexible panel built for 20–30 minutes of daily home use. What sets it apart is the Tri-Lite™ LED — Therasage's exclusive polychromatic diode that emits three therapeutic wavelengths simultaneously from a single LED, versus the one wavelength you get from standard panels.

Flexible. Lightweight. Suction-cup ready for your shower glass or mirror. 34 five-star reviews.

The Tri-Lite™ Difference

Most red light panels use monochromatic LEDs — one wavelength per diode. Every Tri-Lite™ diode emits three precisely targeted wavelengths at once:

Each diode runs at 5W. Therasage claims this delivers up to 3× the biophoton energy of a comparable single-wavelength LED at the same power. Peak irradiance: 130 mW/cm² at 6 inches.

How People Use It

Typical protocol: 20–30 minutes per session, 5 days a week. Panel placed directly on skin or up to 8 inches away. Hydrate well before each session. Attach via the included suction cups to a glass shower door or mirror for hands-free use while you get ready.

Common applications: lower back and joint support, post-workout recovery, skin rejuvenation, facial anti-aging routines.

FDA Status

The Therasage Tri-Light Panel holds FDA Class II Medical Device clearance (510(k) — a “K” clearance number). This is a clinical review standard. It’s distinct from FDA product registration, which many brands cite but is simply an import clearance number, not a medical device clearance.

• 293 high-quality LEDs — 233 for the face, 60 for the neck — for full coverage from jaw to décolletage

• 4 wavelengths in a single device — rarely found outside professional clinic settings

Far Infrared & Red Light Heating Pad with Jade Stone & Magnets | 26" x 20"

What It Does

This isn't your average heating pad. The UTK Far Infrared & Red Light Heating Pad layers four clinically-rooted therapies into one device — delivering heat that goes well beyond surface-level comfort.

Far Infrared Heat can penetrate up to 4–6 inches into muscle and tissue, going deeper than conventional heat to promote blood circulation, ease tension, and support the body's natural recovery process.

Red Light Therapy (660nm + 850nm) adds more benefits. The 660nm visible red light helps reduce inflammatory factors and support tissue repair, while the 850nm near-infrared light reaches deeper into muscle and joint tissue to relieve soreness and stiffness.

Natural Jade & Magnet Stone Therapy embeds the pad with jade stones and magnet stones that work in concert with the infrared heat. Jade's superior thermal conductivity delivers stable, long-lasting warmth, while the magnets help ease muscle tension. The negative ions released by heated jade support metabolism and promote a sense of calm.

The result: heat that penetrates, heals, and holds — not just warms.

Who It's For

This pad is a fit for anyone who takes their recovery as seriously as their performance:

• Active adults & athletes dealing with post-workout muscle soreness, joint stiffness, or lower back fatigue
• People with chronic back pain seeking drug-free, consistent relief they can use daily at home
• Desk workers & professionals managing tightness and tension from prolonged sitting
• Wellness-focused individuals who want to integrate hot stone therapy and red light into their self-care routine — without booking a spa appointment
• Recovery-minded users looking for an FSA/HSA-eligible therapeutic device that justifies the investment

The DAVID Delight Plus is the most popular model in the Delight family: 28 built-in sessions, five in every category, plus three gamma sessions the base Delight does not have. No app, no subscription, nothing to program.

Made by Mind Alive Inc. in Edmonton, Canada, the Plus is designed for people who want real choice in their routine. Different depths, different lengths, different approaches to the same goal, so the session that fits a rough Tuesday is there when you need it.

Designed to support

• Stress regulation and a calmer baseline over weeks of regular use
• Easier sleep onset and staying asleep
• Focus, attention, and mental clarity
• Mood support and emotional balance
• Energy in the morning without caffeine

28 built-in sessions

About the gamma sessions

Gamma activity around 40 Hz is associated with higher-level processing and sharp attention. The Plus includes three ways to work with it: a session that cycles between 40 Hz and the calming SMR range (12 to 15 Hz), a randomized session that varies around 38 to 42 Hz, and a fixed 40 Hz session. Gamma stimulation is an active area of research; we describe it as a focus tool, not a treatment.

Gentle local vibration and sound wave therapy help relax facial, neck and jaw muscles

NOVAFON One | Local Vibration Therapy Device | 2 Frequencies, 6 Intensity Settings | German-Engineered

Experience clinically trusted local vibration and sound wave therapy in a streamlined, cordless design, featuring dual frequencies, adjustable intensity levels, and deep-reaching sound wave technology. Trusted by wellness professionals, therapists, and estheticians worldwide.

The NOVAFON One (white) delivers effective local vibration therapy (LVT) in a simplified, user-friendly format. Built on over 40 years of German engineering, it offers powerful sound wave vibration with intuitive control, making it ideal for both professional use and at-home wellness routines.

How It Works
The NOVAFON One uses local vibration therapy (LVT) delivered through sound waves. Two adjustable frequencies (100 Hz and 50 Hz), each with three intensity levels, let you tailor depth and sensation to the area you are working on. The sound waves reach up to 6 cm into the tissue to support muscle, fascia, and skin, and the magnetic quick-change attachments let you switch heads in seconds.

Using It for Jaw Tension
A short daily routine can help relax a tight jaw. Each session takes about 10 to 15 minutes and can be repeated up to twice a day. Work the side that feels tight, or both sides if needed, and stay within a comfortable intensity.

• Warm up the jaw muscles: With the plate attachment at 50 Hz, glide slowly from ear to chin for 2 to 3 minutes per side. You can gently open and close your mouth as you go.
• Ease the temple muscles: Keeping the plate attachment at 50 Hz, work outward from the ear in a fan pattern toward the forehead, the base of the skull, and the back of the head for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
• Focus on tender spots: Switch to the ball attachment at 100 Hz and rest on each tight spot near the jaw joint for 30 to 60 seconds, holding still or making small circles.

For general wellness and relaxation. This is not medical advice. If you have a diagnosed jaw condition or ongoing pain, check with your healthcare provider before use.

6 Adjustable Settings
Choose from 2 frequencies, 100 Hz and 50 Hz, each with 3 intensity levels, so you can tailor sessions to sensitivity, area, and desired depth.

Broad Applications
The NOVAFON One is widely used by chiropractors, physiotherapists, and wellness professionals to support:

• Muscle relaxation and tension relief
• Jaw and facial tension
• Post-exercise recovery and tissue stimulation
• Circulation support and improved blood flow
• Work on tendons and hard-to-reach areas
