Otto 32 vs. Otto 64 vs. Otto 128

Otto 128 (128 Hz) — Best for use on rib heads, thoracic vertebra, sternum, and ileums. Recommended starting point.

Otto 64 (64 Hz) — Best for lower lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, and coccyx. Supports the ganglion of impar.

Otto 32 (32 Hz) — Best for skin and hair, stimulates surface nerves.

Which Otto fork should I start with?

The Otto 128 is the recommended starting point.

How do I use them?

For 128 and 64, hold by the stem, tap on your knee, then press the end of the stem to the body. For listening, tap and hold an inch from each ear. For the 32, tap the body on your palm to set the weights in motion, then lightly touch the edge to skin or hair.

How long do the forks stay in tune?

The fundamental frequency remains constant for up to 15–20 years.
