Warranty Coverage
The BOROUX Foundation Filters are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If the product is deemed defective, we will replace it. Proof of purchase, a description of the product, and an explanation of the alleged defect must be provided to process a warranty claim.

Scrub the BOROUX Foundation Filters every 3-6 months. Using an abrasive scouring pad, carefully scrub the surface of the filters for several minutes. DO NOT use soap or detergents on the filters. Re-prime the filters, install, and perform the red dye test to ensure proper installation of the filters.
