EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) triggers muscle contractions through electrical impulses; when electrode pads are placed on the skin, signals engage the motor nerves and prompt contractions similar to natural exercise. TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) sends low-voltage pulses through the skin that interrupt pain signals before they reach the brain, supporting endorphin release.

The PlayMakar SPORT combines both with 10 pre-set programs spanning warm-up, recovery, endurance, strengthening, explosive strength, and pain relief.

  • Designed to support muscle warm-up, strength building, and endurance
  • Helps with post-workout recovery and reducing muscle stiffness
  • TENS programs provide temporary relief for lower back, arm/leg, and chronic pain associated with arthritis
  • Explosive Strength Mode uses burst pulse frequency for fast-twitch muscle fibers
  • 25 adjustable intensity levels, dual channels (2 or 4 pads)
  • Channel — Dual isolated channels
  • Pulse amplitude — 0–80 mA peak at 500Ω load per channel
  • Frequency range — TENS 2–245 Hz (pk); EMS 1–70 Hz (pk) (±20%)
  • Wave form — Symmetrical bi-phasic square pulse
  • Max charge per pulse — 20.8 microcoulombs maximum
  • Timer — 5–60 minutes adjustable
  • Intensity levels — 25 adjustable
  • Battery life — 3–5 hours per charge
  • Display — Backlit
  • TENS/EMS Remote with belt clip
  • 2 snap lead wires
  • 4 Performance Electrode Pads (2" x 2")
  • 2 Performance Electrode Pads (2" x 4")

  • AC adapter
  • Tote bag

1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.

Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a pacemaker, heart conditions, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any implanted electronic device. Do not apply electrode pads over open wounds, broken skin, the head/face, throat, or directly over the heart.

What's the difference between TENS and EMS?

TENS interrupts pain signals to support pain relief. EMS triggers muscle contractions to support strength, endurance, and recovery. The PlayMakar SPORT includes programs for both.

How long does the battery last?

3–5 hours of usage per charge, recharged by USB.

How many pads can I use at once?

Dual channels support either 2 or 4 pads simultaneously.

How do I keep the pads sticky?

Lightly dampen them before storing after each use to extend their stickiness. Replacement pads are available when needed.
