General use

  • Replace brush heads every 3 months, or sooner if bristles look worn.
  • Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the device.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • For hygiene, do not share brush heads between users.
  • Do not submerge the handle or place it in hot water — it's water-resistant (IPX7), not waterproof.
  • Do not stare directly into the LEDs while brushing.

Charging

  • Charge only with the provided cable; do not use it if the cord or plug is damaged.
  • Do not charge near sinks, tubs, or wet areas, and never handle the plug with wet hands.
  • Avoid charging near heat. If the charger falls into water, unplug immediately and stop using it.
  • Unplug by holding the plug, not the cord.

First use & sensitivity

  • The guide recommends a quick light-sensitivity test: run the device on your forearm and watch for redness or itching. If redness lasts more than 2 hours, discontinue use.
  • When first using the Red + Near-Infrared head, some people notice mild, temporary gum sensitivity, tingling, or warmth. If discomfort persists, reduce use or consult your dental professional.
